Everybody has one blind spot at least, if not more, and they often go unnoticed. The brain gathers bits of information to form a continuous picture, filling in the gaps between them through processes of interpolation. The works deal with issues of displacement and gaps, starting from a place beyond the language of words. The artists and filmmakers speak through their images, expressing the inexplicable. Their works are based on the complexities of our current reality and provoke deep, varicolored statements that remind the viewer of the power and magic of cinema. While the program’s rhythm is slow, it quickly captivates and seeps into one’s gut. There are many things observed in this world that one is blind to.
