Three States of Water was commissioned by SPOT Production Fund in 2014.
Three States of Water is the video recording of three experiments with one material (water) at home. These gesture-metaphors produced while thinking about transformation, un-transformation, the speed or speedlessness of time, making work are inspired by the state of being a desk artist—in other words, forms of production that await their materiality, without knowing when, where or how they are going to be realized. This video trilogy was activated once, for fifteen minutes by a lecture-performance called “I’m running 15 minutes late” in September 2014.
